Cappelletti Making

Volunteering to help make 100 kg of fresh Cappelletti – a traditional item cooked with broth for Christmas and throughout the year! I’m not sure we were a huge help on day 1 but we definitely got the process down better on the 2nd and 3rd days but NOTHING like our new friends who have been doing this their whole lives!

And… they even feed us a delicious lunch to thank us for our efforts!
